The FAA requires strict adherence to a set of stringent requirements regarding aircraft safety and the qualifications of charter pilots. At IAS, these requirements are just the beginning. IAS maintenance personnel thoroughly inspect every aircraft before takeoff, and schedule frequent inspections of our integrated emergency equipment.

Your pilot is FAA-certified with thousands of flight hours logged, and has a comprehensive knowledge of aircraft systems and management, instrument flight rules, instrument approach procedures and profiles, and mastery of the aircraft’s controls in all weather conditions. In addition to the certification and examinations pilots must complete for the FAA every six months, IAS also provides additional security training on our aircraft, and all pilots must master competencies in passenger comfort and safety.
